Payment Policy

Able Path Care offers secure private-pay options through PayPal for eligible services.
Payment is required prior to the start of services. Services are scheduled and confirmed once payment is successfully processed through PayPal.
PayPal may offer flexible payment options, such as installment plans, to eligible clients at checkout. Approval for any payment plan is determined solely by PayPal. Able Path Care does not control approval decisions or payment terms.

What payment methods does Able Path Care accept?
Able Path Care accepts private-pay payments through PayPal, including credit card, debit card, and PayPal account options.
Does Able Path Care offer payment plans?
Able Path Care uses PayPal, which may offer eligible clients flexible “Pay Later” options such as Pay in 4. These options are provided directly by PayPal and are subject to their approval process.
How does Pay in 4 work?
If offered by PayPal at checkout, Pay in 4 allows approved clients to split the total cost into four equal payments over six weeks. The first payment is due at checkout. There is no interest through PayPal for this option.
Will I know if I’m approved for a payment plan?
Payment plan availability and approval are determined by PayPal during checkout. Able Path Care does not receive details about approval decisions.
When are services scheduled?
Services are scheduled and confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Able Path Care does not begin services until payment is received.
What if I am not approved for a PayPal payment plan?
If a payment plan is not offered, clients may still complete payment in full through PayPal using available payment methods.
Why is payment required in advance?
Advance payment allows Able Path Care to secure licensed clinical staff and ensure continuity and quality of care for our clients and families.
