Since founding Carrington Cares, I’ve had the honor of witnessing the incredible difference we can make for children with learning differences around the world. Along the way, I’ve also seen another reality many families face—the challenge of caring for medically fragile children who require skilled nursing at home.

That’s why I’m expanding my mission through Able Path Care. With Able Path Care, we’re connecting compassionate nurses with families of children who have complex medical needs—ensuring they receive not only expert care, but also dignity, support, and the opportunity to thrive.

Together, through Carrington Cares and Able Path Care, we’re building a pathway where every child, no matter their challenges, is cared for, valued, and celebrated.
