Medically Fragile
- For medically fragile children, continuity of care is paramount. Our team of highly trained nurses provides direct medical care in the home, specializing in everything from ventilator support and tracheostomy care to medication management and feeding. We ensure your child receives expert care in a familiar and comfortable environment, and promoting better health outcomes.
Respite Care
- We understand that families also need support beyond medical needs. Our compassionate companion and respite care services are designed to provide supervision and assistance with daily activities, while also giving families the time they need to rest, recharge, and attend to other responsibilities. It’s peace of mind, knowing your child is safe and cared for.
Eldercare
- As part of our long-term vision, we are working to expand our services to include Community Living Arrangements (CLA). This will allow us to continue supporting individuals beyond childhood, building a comprehensive network of care that ensures continuity of support through different life stages.
