Medicaid for Seniors (Georgia)

EDWP (Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program)
Educational information only: Able Path Care is not currently approved to provide services through EDWP, CCSP, SOURCE, or ICWP. Eligibility, enrollment, provider approval, and service authorization are determined by Georgia Medicaid and its designated entities.
The Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP) includes the Community Care Services Program (CCSP) and Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE).
These programs help eligible older adults and adults with qualifying disabilities receive community-based services as an alternative to nursing-facility placement.
Depending on eligibility, assessed needs, and authorization, services may include:
