A Message from Carrington Manous, Chief Advocate & Brand Officer:
Since founding Carrington Cares, I’ve had the honor of witnessing the incredible difference we can make for children with learning differences around the world. Along the way, I’ve also seen another reality many families face—the challenge of caring for medically fragile children who require skilled nursing at home.
That’s why I’m expanding my mission through Able Path Care. With Able Path Care, we’re connecting compassionate nurses with families of children who have complex medical needs—ensuring they receive not only expert care, but also dignity, support, and the opportunity to thrive.
Together, through Carrington Cares and Able Path Care, we’re building a pathway where every child, no matter their challenges, is cared for, valued, and celebrated.
And this is only the beginning!

Explore Our Services:
Medically Fragile
- For medically fragile children, continuity of care is paramount. Our team of highly trained nurses provides direct medical care in the home, specializing in everything from ventilator support and tracheostomy care to medication management and feeding. We ensure your child receives expert care in a familiar and comfortable environment, and promoting better health outcomes.
Respite Care
- We understand that families also need support beyond medical needs. Our compassionate companion and respite care services are designed to provide supervision and assistance with daily activities, while also giving families the time they need to rest, recharge, and attend to other responsibilities. It’s peace of mind, knowing your child or other loved one is safe and cared for, while you get the pause you need.
Eldercare
- Aging at home is often the safest and most comforting choice—when the right clinical support is in place. Able Path Care provides in-home skilled nursing for older adults, helping families manage ongoing medical needs with compassion. For families navigating dementia or Alzheimer’s, we offer structured support that prioritizes safety and routine, reduces avoidable complications, and equips caregivers with strategies for daily challenges.
